Been waiting to do this at my granmothers house. The birdcage needed some TLC. So P.L.S. put our touch on it. The Initial cleaning involves a soft wash and pressure wash on a low setting. The next step entails power washing the tile and removing excess buildup. The results are remarkably noticeable.doing the rest of the house tomorrow. Will return next week to pressure wash the tougher areas.

Pergolas, porticos, Gazebos galore. Amazing that block/stone/ipe bartop Gazebo was over 12 years ago. Been at this for a while!!!

It all starts with an idea. Then it builds into something amazing. Fun solo project for a mentor of mine in the car business. Was able to build this and a deck for him with a custom bench seat. Very cool.

Shed i built for a friend, framed the pad and filled with rca, built the floor, walls off site. Brought to the job and put it together, built ramps and custom wood sliders on e a ch side.

Little cleanup and screen repair at my grandmothers house. Still gotta get the other side done. Never enough time in a day.

A couple tract houses we were asked to come out and help build in The Rockaways around 2018. Took about 6 days w a crew of 7 guys to get plated, I joists installed, subfloor put down, framed, blocked, repeat for second floor and roof then installed zyp system installed. We were moving!!!

About 8 years ago, we built this bad boy right on the main road of southern boulevard in my hometown. Fun to work on, not fun to set all that steel in place with only a forklift and a bobcat.
Rest in Peace Brian. Great friend and a great worker.

Some older projects we were invited out to help with. Built the custom cedar fence, and custom fireplace swing, I picture ot a siding job.

In 2019, we were contracted to frame and install sheeting on a 2-story house in less than a week.

A deck refacing project was executed by P.L.S. in Montauk, NY, several years ago, incorporating Trex decking with hidden screw clips and a gray picture frame, along with an elegant Trex railing system.

Unfortunately PLS has closed its doors in NY
I am on a new venture. My life ended up taking me down to Florida. While PLS had a great name and I learned alot over the years, i was forced to shutter the company and move to Florida. I recently decided to open PLS up down here and do it again. Things went from skyrocketing to a holding pattern but i am up and running again.
