We’re celebrating a major milestone today with the groundbreaking of Source Logistics, a 145,000-square-foot industrial facility in Tempe, alongside Creation Equity and CrossHarbor. The project will feature 32-foot clear heights and 6 acres of contiguous yard space, offering flexible options for material storage, trailer parking and box truck or van parking.

But that’s not all—its neighbor is coming soon! Nexus Commerce Center, a 273,000-square-foot Class-A industrial park, will break ground later this year. Featuring three state-of-the-art buildings with 32-foot clear heights, Nexus is built to adapt to a variety of users and configurations, elevating industrial capabilities in the area.
