The renovation included the creation of a bedroom, living room, dining area, and the installation of a shower in the bathroom. Beeler Construction was honored to attend the 30th Annual Desert Classic, supporting the Clinical Cancer Center at Froedtert Hospital. We enjoyed connecting with colleagues in the industry, and partners from Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin in the warm Arizona sun! One highlight—our own Katie Smith sang the National Anthem at the Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training game! We look forward to continuing our partnership with Froedtert and coming back next year!

Yesterday, Beeler held our first quarter all - field team safety meeting at our office. We had the pleasure of having Bruce Morton leading us in our annual refresh training on Hazcom. He emphasized the importance of being aware of the materials you are working with and ensuring that everyone on site knows the Hazcom program and where the information can be found on site.

Construction sites are often synonymous with work that is frequently messy or dirty. Although maintaining cleanliness on a jobsite is essential to the success of a project, it is often overlooked. At Beeler Construction, jobsite cleanliness is part of the fabric that makes us unique. We believe that cleaning our jobsites is as important a task as any in the duration of a project.

Project Spotlight!

Beeler Construction recently completed a 7,200-square-foot interior and exterior remodel spanning two floors for Service Heat Treating. The project involved a full demolition down to the perimeter walls, followed by the construction of new walls and finishes based on architectural plans. Exterior updates included removing existing finishes along the entire south wall and replacing them with structural steel studs, DensGlass, and a combination of aluminum composite and metal panels. Additionally, the project featured the installation of new aluminum framing, low-E glass windows, and vestibules.

Beeler recently completed nearly 28,000 sq ft of in-kind restoration after an external water main ruptured near the building. After an initial emergency response, The Beeler Team and our trade partners worked with Aurora Health Care to develop a remediation and restoration plan. This project highlights a successful collaboration of our many trade partners to ensure the timely restoration of patient care services at this location.
