"The 150-room Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral and Altitude360 Sky Bar & Observation Deck will open to the public Feb. 20, with hotel reservations kicking off March 1. A grand opening ceremony is in the works for mid-May"

Co-developed by Backstreet Boy Howie D, Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral will feature Altitude 360 Sky Bar & Observation Deck with views of Port Canaveral.

Our Team is excited to announce we have officially started construction on our newest project in the City of Satellite Beach, called "𝘿𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝘿𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨", previously known as Pickle Beach. This will be Brevard County's first private state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facility!

Over $7 Million in Site Upgrades will be invested towards Stormwater, infrastructure, and sustainability upgrades. Construction is slated for completion in Early 2027.
