First grinding job of 2025. Amish cut down trees and never cleaned them up and obviously didn’t grind the stumps for the customer. It’s over 20 stumps for us and lots of trees to clean up. 5 estimates to give this

‼️ATTENTION‼️

Our team worked tirelessly through the night to try and take care of the snow and sleet we received yesterday and we are back out already this morning.

As always, please be mindful that we can go only so fast. Not only to provide quality service at each site but for the safety of our drivers.

We were unable to plow a number of our residential customers last night due to ice build up on their driveway. If you don’t typically salt your driveway, or have us do it for you, then last nights snow is laying on top of a sheet of ice. Plows can not break up that layer of ice.

For any new customers trying to contact us, we will return your message/call once we have our routine customers taken care of as they are our first priority.

Trucks are inside (still missing 6 haha) definitely need a bigger garage. We are ready for possibly the last snow fall for this year of 2024. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and we will be starting at 4am to ensure we get everyone done at least once depending what this storm has coming but please be patient and as always everyone will be done tomorrow. Happy holidays we are off to bed

What’s one more truck. Found this gem with less then 18,000 miles it’s a 2012. We are growing quickly and couldn’t do it without our great team and customers. Only taking on commercial work only for plowing unless you can wait till after noon during a storm. Looking forward to 2025. If want a shirt or hoodie today is our last day for orders!!

OMG where do we start. Our team left to go to Erie to help Gerlachs and a few other companies. This was a very interesting 4 days including hotel stays and closed roads. Our team worked countless hours around the clock, upwards of 24-36 hour straight. While we had four guys in Erie our other 6 guys were here at home to hold down the fort the best they could.

There’s so many things that I could talk about from this trip and then coming home to another storm that hit meadville that we haven’t seen in years. I made decisions on the fly and certain decisions some didn’t agree with but I went with my gut. Overall of course if I could change some stuff I would but it’s all about learning and moving forward. Those customers of ours that are still with us and understand our long hours thank you and I apologize for any late services or if somehow we completely didn’t do your job, it’s fully on me.

This team of mine William, Ray, Ryan,Jason, Brian, Jackson, Jonathan, Myers, Alex, Nathan and Josh, thank you from the bottom of my heart. We couldn’t do it without any of you! Thank you again for everything and to our customers thank you too.

Mrs Hutch here…

Hutch’s voicemail is full and he currently does not have time to clear it. We apologize if you have left a message and have not heard back. Hutch and his whole team has been working non stop to try and manage the rapid snow fall.

This may be controversial, but I want to provide a few reminders concerning residential customers.

Our trigger system is whenever we receive 2-3 inches of snow. At that time, each driver begins their assigned route, starting with businesses first. One route is estimated to take 7 hours. With the intense snow we have received today, your driveway can easily accumulate 2-3 inches within two hours of our driver plowing. As the snow continues to fall and once our driver completes their route, we would then have them start the route over again, so realistically, there’s no way for our driver to plow your driveway as quickly or as often as some customers wish.

Another factor that Hutch does his best to remember and accommodate is the price. The price that he confirmed with you is the price PER PLOW. Meaning if he plowed your driveway 4 times today, he would charge you the confirmed price four times for today alone. That can quickly add up and cost a family (especially before the holidays) a chunk of money. Hutch tries to stagger the plowing so that he doesn’t hit anyone more than twice per day (unless requested) so with that, there’s obviously going to be a lapse of time when snow will build up in the driveway.

Our team has done an amazing job today and we are forever grateful for them, but they are tired, so very tired. The snow we received was intense.

Please be kind to plow drivers and anyone working out in these conditions. I know I sure felt grateful to be allowed to work from home today.

Our routes are maxed out and we are unable to accept any new customers for the rest of the winter season. If anything changes, we will make sure to let everyone know.

To our current residential customers, our team has been hyper focused this morning/early afternoon on our commerical accounts. The team will begin our residential routes as soon as possible. Please, be assured that your driveway will get plowed today and we are doing the best we can with the heavy amount of snow that is rapidly falling.

Mrs Hutch here… I’ve lost count on how many hours Hutch and his team has been in Erie trying to work through the insane amount of snow. At this point, I know I won’t see him until the snow storm is over, but of course, I worry about him. Good thing he has his location on, when I woke up this morning, I was able to see some live action plowing. He’s alive, awake and plowing 😂

After the day and week we have had and now I am sick but luckily we have a good team to keep things slowly moving.This is a very important personal video Sophia made and I just found it on my phone today. Idk when she made it but it’s amazing. I love my family so much and the suppprt it made me smile.
