During a down turn in the oil and gas industry in the late 1980’s, the company diversified into municipal water and wastewater projects. At first, mostly consisting of water distribution and sewage collection pipeline projects, but later focusing on water and wastewater treatment plant projects. has now completed dozens of water and wastewater treatment facilities in Western Pennsylvania. is a leader in the region for mid-stream oil and gas pipeline projects and municipal water and wastewater construction projects.
