Regarding the specifics of this recent project, our initial step involved extending the concrete base of the existing patio. Subsequently, we installed a bespoke stained wood pergola, ingeniously attached to the roof via custom-fabricated supports that integrate seamlessly with the house's framing. This innovative approach allowed us to maintain an open and uncluttered patio area, negating the need for additional posts that could potentially disrupt the space's continuity.

Above the pergola, we employed a tinted polycarbonate roofing system, designed to shelter the patio from the elements while still permitting a measure of natural light pe*******on. This feature not only protects the outdoor space but also ensures that natural illumination can continue to enhance the interior of the home through the porch windows.

In the final touches, we equipped the pergola with bistro lighting, conveniently operated by a switch for user-friendly lighting control. Additionally, we incorporated ceiling fans to promote air circulation and installed an electrical outlet to accommodate a television setup. We hope you will appreciate the outcome of this project as much as we do.
