If you are an architecture firm, builder, facilities manager, real-estate agent you know how impactful a 3D interactive walk through can be to your product. Midcentury Wednesday Part 2 is here. Check out this house that we designed for NexGen Construction located in Wills Point, TX (East Texas). Tasked with the idea of bringing the outside in we designed this home with views in mind. But we had to make it unique from the other one since it was basically next door. Again, when you have an acre of woods in your backyard there is no better design than midmod to highlight that.

When I first started my company about a year into it this little BBQ trailer appeared parked next door to my office. Through many amazing weekly brisket sandwiches, I had the privilege to make friends. Eventually I would get the chance to design their first brick and mortar location in Wolfforth and now 10 years later I helped them get through the permit process at their new location in Florida. Feels like a full circle moment. I love being a part helping others succeed. If you’re ever in the Panhandle near Miramar Beach you can now find the best of West Texas there making BBQ and serving up the best of west Texas hospitality.

To say we are proud is an understatement. We met with Jacoby and Haley before the pandemic to start bringing their sketches into reality. We have no doubt they will find great success with this new venue. Congratulations to all who worked hard for years to make this dream a reality. We are dreaming of all of the people who will have their lives changed here forever.
