The retail portion of The Clove in the Village of Buffalo Grove is nearing completion, bringing us closer to activating this transformative community space. As Owner’s Representative, we oversaw tenant improvements and façade updates on the 35,000 sf shopping center to complement The Clove's mixed-use development. We’re proud to contribute to enhancing Buffalo Grove’s community.

Anchored by a National Grocer, Chick-fil-A, Bowlero, and exciting new restaurant additions like Guzman y Gomez and Panda Express, The Clove is a cornerstone for gathering, shopping, dining, living, and entertainment in Buffalo Grove. Cullen Construction Management services included campus infrastructure replacement and upgrades, coordination of utilities and onsite work & core and shells.

Located at the intersection of Lake Cook and McHenry Roads, The Clove is set to become a landmark for Buffalo Grove, activating the area adding convenience and community engagement.

👻 🎃 Happy Halloween! The Cullen Construction Management team had a spooktacular time spreading Halloween cheer at Perez Elementary School's annual Fall Fest! 🍂 The community involvement team had a blast helping with pumpkin decorating, games, photo booths, trick or treating, and of course, sporting impressive costumes!

Our team was ALL IN to make it a night to remember for students and their families, including donating 100 pumpkins to the school for the decorating. Big thanks to Perez Elementary School in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood for having us—Cullen CM Cares and loved being part of this wonderful community event! 🎃
