Similar to their Kansas City office, geographic location served as the inspiration for the design and palette of our client’s Chicago location. The lighting fixture mimics the tracks of the Chicago elevated trains, the ceiling texture evokes the grates of Chicago’s famous bridges, and a custom mural painted by a local artist ties the space together. Employees were even given a chance to suggest their favorite landmarks to be included in the mural!

We are proud to continue a long-term partnership with our confidential national client. Our latest project together resides in the heart of a Chicago landmark- the 49th floor of the Willis Tower! Like our client’s other locations, user choice was a key factor in the space’s design. Offering a variety of work settings and privacy options in the new office allowed for an overall reduction in square footage, while maintaining a high-quality user experience.
