Hey guys, do you know where i can buy a cover that has the light switch on the right and the outlet on the left? Every supply store ive checked, even lowes and home depot, only have the reverse. At this point I'm thinking I may need to just swap them in the box.

Well... that's not normal.
For context: I'm replacing old emergency lighting units in a commercial building. This receptacle in particular was for a standalone unit. However, the last guy wired the 347v lighting circuit into a 120v 15a receptacle. I get that you'd want the ELU to turn on when the lights go out but WTF! At least hard wire it so you protect the next person who touches it.

No indication of it having 347v unless I tested with a meter.
