A huge shout out to Josh Erdley for making time in his busy schedule to install our new Takeout Window.

As everyone knows, we are running at half staff right now. We will continue to have the dining room open for breakfast and lunch daily, and dinner on Thursday and Friday.

We will be shutting down the dining room daily at 2pm and then on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, from 4pm-8pm we will be doing takeout with our new takeout window. We will not let us being understaffed prevent us from being able to take care of our loyal patrons.

Josh Erdley’s secretary here 😉

Today I decided to go buy Josh a new pair of boots. I have said to him for weeks to go grab a new pair but he just doesn’t put himself first. He has clients depending on him and after work his hours are spent at home with his family. So I snagged a picture of the tag of his worn boots and headed into the Bootbox to grab him a brand new pair.

Josh is the hardest working person I’ve ever met. (He will literally work with an injury and boots falling apart.) He values his work and takes pride in it. He’s honest and sincere and wants to make your vision come true. He is strait forward and will help you decide what’s best for your project. He looks forward to meeting new people and loves when his clients are happy.

He’s a pretty awesome husband, father, son and friend too. As I was going to get his boots this morning a friend told me he was getting some nice reviews on a local Facebook group. He’s not huge on social media and honestly will probably kill me even posting this. But, I felt a push from the universe to share a little about him and I wanted to thank every single person for considering him for a project. I know sometimes the time frame just doesn’t work out but for those who have waited, thank you. His little venture has turned into owning his own business and he loves it.

PS- don’t tell him his “secretary” got him new boots. They are a surprise for him today 🥰
