We’re thrilled to share our latest completed project: a stunning renovation of the Tim Hortons located at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton! 🏥☕️

Our team went above and beyond to ensure minimal disruption by setting up a temporary cart to keep everyone caffeinated during the renovation. We also strictly adhered to IPAC infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment throughout the process. 🛠️🚧

From the refreshed interiors to the efficient layout, we’re proud of the results and excited for the positive impact it will have on the hospital community.

We are thrilled to announce the completion of the stunning renovation project at Tim Hortons located at 771 Southdale Rd East in London, ON! 🏗️✨

This project was no small feat, involving a complete interior demolition and overhaul. From brand new underground plumbing and electrical systems to upgraded lighting fixtures, ceilings, walls, and flooring—every inch of this space has been transformed to provide an exceptional experience for their guests. 🛠️💡

But we didn’t stop there! Our team also added custom millwork and furniture, vibrant paint colors, captivating graphics, and eye-catching artwork to elevate the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant. 🎨🖼️

And let’s talk about the exterior! 🏞️ With the addition of a new tandem drive-through lane, complete with freshly poured concrete pads and curbs, and updated exterior lighting, we’ve created a welcoming and efficient space for all our valued customers.

🎉 Thrilled to unveil the transformation of the Tim Hortons at Niagara Health Hospital in St. Catharines! 🏥☕ This project was close to our hearts, requiring meticulous attention and care to ensure the health and safety of hospital patients, staff, and visitors.

🛠️ With the well-being of everyone in the hospital as our top priority, we implemented infection control hoarding and created a negative pressure space to prevent dust and debris from entering the hospital environment. Safety and cleanliness were our guiding principles throughout this renovation.

🚚 Understanding the importance of keeping Tim Hortons' operations uninterrupted, we installed a temporary Tim Hortons cart. This ensured that the hospital community continued to enjoy their favorite coffee and treats without missing a beat.

🔨 From demolition to the grand reveal, we overhauled the existing space by installing all-new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The final touches included new tiles, ceilings, a sprinkler system, state-of-the-art equipment, and custom millwork, transforming the space into a modern, welcoming area for all to enjoy.

🎉 We’re thrilled to unveil our latest masterpiece: the complete renovation of Tim Hortons at 315 Centennial Parkway North in Hamilton! 🛠️✨

Working with the top restaurant owner in Ontario and one of the most fantastic teams we’ve ever collaborated with, this project was nothing short of exhilarating. From the ground up, we gutted the restaurant and installed all-new plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, ensuring every inch of the space was perfect, right down to the leveled floors.

But we didn’t stop there! The renovation included brand-new ceilings, floor and wall tiles, bespoke millwork, and a state-of-the-art Tandem Drive-Thru lane to serve you better and faster. Plus, we’ve added new exterior fencing, Signage, a fresh coat of paint, and stylish furnishings to welcome you into a space that feels both modern and inviting. 🏗️🎨
