The homeowners of this house renovated their basement to use as a rental property. We painted the walls, trim, baseboards, some doors and some of the ceilings white. It looked clean and bright and didn't look or feel like a basement.

Some before and after photos. These kitchen cabinets were already an off white colour but were more than 25 years old and needed some work. We cleaned them up, made some repairs, sanded them, patched up the holes for the handles, drilled new ones and finally primed and painted with a couple of coats of white paint. They looked brand new!

When you're selling it's important to have the home looking it's best before going on the market. These are a few before and after photos of a townhouse that was going up for sale. We painted all the trim, baseboards and walls with a fresh coat of white paint. This makes it look much cleaner and brighter and is a great way to attract more buyers.

This house was built from the ground up and when we got there the stairs were bare wood. After the wood floors were put in and the stairs were ready to go we matched the floor colour and stained three flights of stairs, railings and decorate parts then primed and painted all the white areas.
