When we arrived at this patio, it looked more like a jungle than a backyard—years of neglect and a mediocre sealing job (by one of bigger sealing companies in our area)had left every joint packed with w**ds. Transforming Pavers, Saving Thousands!

This was hands down the MOST drastic paver restoration we’ve ever tackled. The customer was dealing with severe efflorescence (that stubborn white haze), failed sealer, and sand loss —and put serious thought into ripping everything out and starting over due to the severity of the efflorescence. Replacing the pavers could’ve cost him upwards of $15,000… until we stepped in.

Another customer’s problem solved! ✅

This job had it all—mold-covered dull pavers and w**ds growing in the joints. To tackle the w**d issue effectively, we made a pre-wash visit to apply w**d killer, ensuring long-term prevention.

The Florida sun had also faded the pigment in the pavers, so we took a careful approach to restoration. To keep things looking natural, we applied a light red brick tint, followed by a gray segmental joint sand. We then sealed everything with two coats of our high-quality urethane sealer for long-lasting protection. The result? A perfect balance—not too much, not too little—just the right touch to enhance and restore these pavers to their former glory.

The customer is ecstatic (as always), and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Landscaping isn’t something we do often but sometimes prior clients will ask and we deliver. The customer didn’t want plants—they just wanted something to protect their screen from the landscapers. We ended up using recycled material- 12’ Trex boards for the edging. In order to control rain run off and negate possible erosion- we extended the gutter downspouts to pop ups further away from the house. Then we laid down tarp, and finished it off with 1.5” brown river rock. I must say it came out pretty sharp!🔥There are plenty of other different options if you’re not a fan of the trex like paver risers to define your landscape beds.

This weekend was a challenge, but we pushed through! Customer wanted the job done by Thanksgiving so with limited availability on our schedule i planned to work the weekend. From Friday to Monday we worked tirelessly from morning until dark, tackling this front and back paver strip, wash, sand, and seal. Along the way, we discovered the pavers had been sealed twice with a low-quality sealer as well as drainage issues, which added to the complexity of the job. Today’s job was incredibly rewarding, with one of the most dramatic transformations we've seen.

The homeowner had previously hired a handyman service to seal their pavers at a seemingly fair price.
