Job Title: HVAC / Plumbing Apprentice
Location: LaPorte, Indiana
Salary: $19 to $22 per hour

Dye Plumbing and Heating Service Co. is looking for a motivated individual interested in a Full-Time career.

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC / Plumbing Apprentice to join our team of skilled professionals. Dye Plumbing and Heating is a registered apprentice sponsor with the U.S. Department of Labor. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in these vital trades. This position requires resilience. You’ll work in confined spaces and extreme temperatures, occasionally responding to urgent calls. It demands physical effort and adaptability, but the results are worth it.

Responsibilities:
• Support HVAC Technicians and Licensed Plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform hands-on tasks in diverse conditions.
• Learn technical skills and problem-solving techniques essential to these trades.
• Plumbing apprentices will attend 4 years of class instruction while obtaining at least 8000 hours of on-the-job training to qualify for State licensure.
