After another contractor attempted to install a sealed concrete floor for this customer, and it just a didn’t work out. We came in to do the job the right way. The customer is pleased with their floor, and we are too! We will perform the second half of the floor next week.

This is a water based, moisture breathing, and low odor system. Waterbased epoxy for the primer coat, and a matte finish waterbased urethane topcoat for excellent chemical and scratch resistance.

This concrete slab is on grade and was placed before v***r barriers were installed underneath concrete as a standard. Naturally there were moisture issues under the existing flooring. We removed the flooring and ground the concrete to clean and prepare for an epoxy moisture mitigation system. The floor was then ready for its new flooring system, and now free of moisture and mildew buildup.

We ground this garage in Hoover, Alabama with our concrete grinder and applied an epoxy and flake system with a polyaspartic topcoat for superior protection. Comfortable to walk on, easy to clean, and durable to almost any kind of traffic.

This floor in Moody, Alabama had carpet glue on it from a previous life. We ground off the glue and cleaned the concrete up to prepare it for a waterbased coating system with commercial grade strength against chemicals and abrasion.
