We knocked this deck tear off off today and replaced with new. Also replaced to main rotted supports. 12 x 20 deck. Deck had 2 layers of decking on it.

Even had my sin helping out today.

We replaced all the old outdated water lines with pex. We ripped every inch of plumbing out if this house

House had a massive water leak in the living room wall and ceiling. Ripped out and redond..

2 days 2 bathrooms.. gutted to the studs. Added insulation.. Died wiring for the new recessed lights. And brand new everything.we had the weekend to do this as this is a business. Cody Smith and u nailed this one

1st coat of mud.

Tomarrow will be the other 2 coats of mud.

Changing over this ancient fuse box to an updated 200 Amp service.

We rewired entire house.
Brand new Meter base
Brand new breaker box.

( house is getting resided next year is why i ripped siding off)

Literally everything ethical will be Brand new in this house.

We did not cut the tree we did however clean up the mess and stack the wood. Also got rid of the chunks of concrete that was there.

Another Sunday funday lol.

We ran out of light. We got the entire roof done today. What's left Is the snow guard and some cleaning up.

Tomarrow we will finish and also paint the stacks and vents coming through the roof.

Making moves again.

Yes we work in the snow. Making progress. Framing gets inspected Friday then off to the races..

Fyi the 2 2x6s screwed together in the center is coming down. That was put in strictly for a brace.
