This is a shop foundation we finished up over the weekend, we have done several of these lately and for those who don’t know this what I would consider to be a hybrid foundation, this has a full frost footing with a finished cap including back sloped areas for doorways. This style of foundation is extremely strong, keeps all wood framework out of the ground, and allows for an easy installation of the floor after the building is done without concerns of frost damage to your floor. We did this one from the ground up, took out some trees, hauled in 120 yards of clay fill, and then installed the footers. Thank you Micheal and piper Wentz for your business.

We didn’t get a lot of progression pictures of this project but last week we took this tired old landscape and transformed it into a stunning front porch/patio. This got the full treatment, high definition texture, multiple colors, cantilevered stone face steps, color match borders, and covered with a luxurious satin finish sealer. Customer was looking for simple but elegant, well I’d say we nailed that on the head. Thank you so much Charlie and Janelle Carrigan for allowing us to do this for you, for all your years of service to our community with you lumber yard it was an honor you chose us to be of service to you.

Today we finished up this amazing project that went from problem area to picture perfect, this one was not a cookie cutter job by any means, every detail was customized and we threw everything we had at it. To say we’re proud of it is an understatement, Darrin and Michelle were so great to work with and I’m sure it won’t be our last job for them.
